  • Property Type: Multi-family (Garden Style Apartments, High Density Housing, or Townhomes)
  • Geography: Harrisonburg, VA MSA
  • Size: 25+ Units
  • Age: Any age (preferable properties constructed 1980 and newer)
  • Minimum Occupancy: None
  • CAP Rate: Various ( depending on cash requirements, financing, property condition, and appreciation potential)
  • Price Range: $500,000+
